They will try discourage you from returning it by stating that the customs and shipping costs will be too much for you as the customer. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying it. I ordered the 20” wig from them and what I received was an 18-length. The wig smells bad, chemicals I think, it a very bad smell and also the one I ordered is all chopped with layers, which is nothing I was expecting. I contacted customer service and they are terrible, they always give excuses and do not resolve the problem, I asked for a refund and they keep saying that I need to send pics to prove unsatisfactory. Do not buy from this company, they are scammers don’t waste your money.
